Area Director

Job Description

The Area Director serves as the senior ministry leader responsible for strengthening, multiplying, and
sustaining Majesty Outdoors ministries across an assigned region. This role provides spiritual leadership,
coaching, accountability, and strategic direction to Program Coordinators while cultivating healthy ministry
culture, organizational alignment, and leadership development throughout the region.

The Area Director equips Program Coordinators to thrive by shepherding leaders, developing future
leaders, strengthening church and community partnerships, expanding fundraising efforts, and ensuring
operational excellence across multiple ministry locations.

Rather than managing ministry environments, the Area Director develops leaders who develop
leaders—creating healthy ministry environments that multiply disciples, strengthen communities, and
advance Majesty Outdoors' mission of building a generation of hope by shattering the cycle of
fatherlessness.
