Metro Director - San Antonio

The Metro Director serves as the senior ministry leader responsible for strengthening, sustaining, and expanding Majesty Outdoors ministries across an assigned metropolitan area. This role provides spiritual leadership, strategic direction, coaching, and accountability to Area Directors while ensuring alignment with Majesty Outdoors’ mission, vision, values, leadership standards, and ministry philosophy.
