The Program Coordinator serves as the primary ministry leader responsible for building healthy,
sustainable, and multiplying Majesty Outdoors ministries within their assigned community by developing
leaders, equipping volunteers, and cultivating strategic partnerships that advance the mission. This role
equips and develops Champion Ministry Leaders, recruits volunteers, builds strategic church and
community partnerships, and ensures ministry excellence through strong administration, fundraising
stewardship, and leadership development.
Rather than simply leading a program, the Program Coordinator builds leaders who build leaders. By this,
building a generation of hope by shattering the cycle of fatherlessness.

Hiring Requirements

• Education/Background: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience in ministry,nonprofit leadership, education, project management, or a related field.

• Leadership: 2–3 years of experience leading teams, coordinating programs, managing projects,or serving in ministry leadership.

• Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, projectmanagement like Trello, CRM or database management systems and Video conferencingplatforms.

• Spiritual Leadership: Demonstrated spiritual maturity, a growing relationship with Jesus Christ,and alignment with Majesty Outdoors' Statement of Faith and Core Values.

• Demonstrated success recruiting, leading, and developing volunteers or teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills.

• Basic reporting and spreadsheet management

• Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with youth, volunteers, churches, and community partners.

• Experience managing budgets and stewarding financial resources responsibly.

• Ability to solve problems independently while collaborating effectively with leadership.

• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.

• Passion and willingness to participate in fundraising and community engagement efforts.
