Single Moms are constantly on the go trying to create a safe and sustainable life for their

families. Too often, however they are sabotaged by getting bogged down in the “doing” that

they often miss out on the “being”.

Before you know it, the life they are trying to create for their kids has become a full-time job,

instead of spending quality time enjoying that life.

TideChangers has a place for our Moms (and Grandmothers raising grandkids) during this crazy

season and we want to come alongside to help them design their life, pursue their dreams and

live an intentional life all while remembering to take care of themselves as well.

​

They will learn to identify habits and cycles and determine which ones are healthy and

sustainable; which ones to keep and which ones to toss aside.

Estrellas Life Coaching workshops equip Moms to implement a “self-care toolkit”, to have an

understanding of their governing values, identify dreams, set S.M.A.R.T. goals, apply budgeting

skills, practice healthy boundaries, and target limiting beliefs, etc.
