1. Eligibility: The raffle is open to all individuals aged 18 years and older. Board of Directors and employees of Majesty Outdoors are not eligible to participate.

2. Ticket Purchase: Raffle tickets can be purchased from authorized representatives of Majesty Outdoors or through the official website. Each ticket will have a unique number and must be kept safe as proof of purchase.

3. No more than 300 tickets will be sold.

4. Must live in the state of Texas to participate.

5. Pricing: The price of each raffle ticket will be clearly stated at the point of sale. There are no discounts or special rates for purchasing multiple tickets.

6. Prizes: A list of available prizes will be provided at the time of ticket purchase. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless specified otherwise.

7. Draw Date: The draw date will be announced at the time of ticket sale and will take place at a public event or through a live online broadcast. The exact time and location will be communicated to all ticket holders in advance.

8. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly through a draw. Each ticket has an equal chance of winning. The drawing will be supervised by an independent third party to ensure fairness.

9. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days of the draw, a new winner will be selected.

10. Prize Collection: Winners must present their winning ticket and a valid ID to claim their prize. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and may be used in future raffles or donated to charity.

11. Taxes and Fees: Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or other charges associated with the prize.

12. Compliance: By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants agree to comply with these rules and regulations. Majesty Outdoors reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules.

14. Liability: Majesty Outdoors is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Participants agree to release Majesty Outdoors from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance of any prize.
