TideChangers Chapter Leader

TideChangers Chapter Leader ensures the safety and success of the local

TideChangers Chapter they are assigned to, from Chapter launch preparation in the

community, to sustaining the health and growth of the Chapter in the years after launch.

The TideChangers Chapter Leader

works closely with MO Director of Programs and Director of Volunteers to effectively

carry out the mission of Majesty Outdoors through TideChangers Mentorship and

Estrellas life coaching programs, affecting life change in participants, and encouraging

and raising up volunteers and mentors for the Chapter. TideChangers Chapter Leaders

are responsible for initiating and maintaining community awareness programs and events for their local Chapter to include churches, businesses, school systems, and the residents in that community.

The Victoria TideChanger Chapter Leader will be integral in the Chapter launch process

developing community relationships, identifying potential meeting locations, and being

actively involved in recruitment of volunteer/mentors and fatherless youth/single mother

participants. TideChanger Chapters will also be responsible to assist at multi-Chapter

events and other public awareness events scheduled by Majesty Outdoors. Mentoring

and/or youth program experience is a plus. Salary will be commensurate with

experience.
