A six-month opportunity to gain real experience, grow in confidence, and figure out your next step, without having it all figured out already.
This Program Is for You If…
You’re between 18 and 25 and:

You don’t have much real-world experience yet

You’re unsure what direction you want to take

You want to grow personally and spiritually

You’d like mentorship, not lectures

You want experience you can actually talk about later
You don’t need a résumé.
You don’t need a title.
You don’t need to “have it together.”
You just need a willingness to grow.

What You’ll Do

10 hours a week of hands-on service and training

Weekly leadership workshops

Mentorship from MO staff and community leaders

Monthly hangouts and team-building

Serving at special events, outreach, and youth programs
